        Yellow Spring is one of the most vibrant small towns in Ohio.  At a time when many towns its size are struggling, Yellow Springs has maintained an active downtown shopping district, a flourishing arts scene, and a strong sense of community. Home to Antioch College and Antioch University Midwest, the village is a unique mix of rural and urban, with a thriving downtown and attractive residential neighborhoods surrounded by farms and orchards that fill its markets and restaurants with fresh local food.

        Recreational attractions include the Little Miami Scenic Trail for walking, running, and cycling, which runs along the eastern edge of the downtown. Also adjacent to the downtown are 2000 acres of woodland and rivers edge hiking trails in Glen Helen, John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge.
